Welcome to Calvary Design Prints! By accessing or using www.calvarydesignprints.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

Calvary Design Prints is a faith-based store specializing in Christian-themed apparel, artwork, digital products, and print-on-demand merchandise.

By using this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.

2. Product Availability & Descriptions

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and images. However, colors and appearance may vary due to screen settings and printing variations.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Ordering & Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment is completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, available shipping methods, and delivery estimates. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Calvary Design Prints is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If you need to request an address change or order modification, email support@calvarydesignprints.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, including items that do not fit or that you decide not to keep.

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. No return-shipping fee will be deducted from an eligible refund.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, except for damage or defects present on arrival.
Your order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for fit or change-of-mind returns. If a final-sale or clearance item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can help.

Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email support@calvarydesignprints.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and arrange free return shipping for eligible returns.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on www.calvarydesignprints.com are the intellectual property of Calvary Design Prints and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.

Unauthorized use of our designs for resale or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree:

Not to engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse our products.
Not to use our website for illegal purposes.
Not to attempt to hack, scrape, or distribute malicious software through our platform.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Calvary Design Prints is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website errors.

We do not guarantee that the website will be free from technical interruptions, viruses, or errors beyond our control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
