We are beyond grateful to finally share something that has been in prayer, planning, and preparation for quite some time.

Padayon Growth Foundation is coming soon.

As of January 15th, we were officially approved by the State of California as a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation. Then, on February 12th, the IRS recognized us as a 509(a)(2) public charity. We are currently in the final stages of filing for our full 501(c)(3) designation to make everything completely official.

This is more than paperwork.
This is purpose becoming structure.
This is vision becoming mission.

And we are incredibly excited about what the Lord is building.

What Does “Padayon” Mean?

The word Padayon comes from the Visayan language of the Philippines. It means:

Keep going
Move forward
Continue pressing on
Do not stop

Padayon is not just a word. It is a mindset. It is resilience. It is faith in motion.

• It speaks to the believer who refuses to quit.
• It speaks to the disciple who keeps growing.
• It speaks to the servant who continues expanding God’s Kingdom even when the road is long.

When we combine that with the word Growth, the vision becomes clear:

Keep moving forward in spiritual growth.
Keep pressing deeper into the Word.
Keep expanding His territory.

Padayon Growth Foundation exists to expand the territory of the Lord through:

• Spiritual development

• Equipping believers with the Word of God
• Raising up leaders grounded in Scripture

We believe growth does not happen accidentally. It happens intentionally. It happens when men and women commit themselves to the Bible, to prayer, to fellowship, and to serving others.

Our heart is to see lives transformed through consistent discipleship.
To see families strengthened.
To see communities impacted.
To see the Gospel lived out boldly and faithfully.

The Lord has placed on our hearts a clear direction:
Expand His people by expanding His Word in their lives.

What Does 509(a)(2) Mean?

The IRS has recognized us as a 509(a)(2) public charity, which means we are structured as a public nonprofit organization supported by public contributions and program-related income. This positions us to operate as a transparent, accountable, community-supported ministry.

We are in the final stages of filing for our full 501(c)(3) recognition, which will allow donations to be tax-deductible and further establish our ability to expand outreach efforts locally and internationally.

Each step forward has been guided by prayer and careful stewardship.
