People ask us sometimes why we do this. Why apparel. Why design. Why not just go to church and keep the faith personal.
Honest answer? Because Chester and Lalaine have never known how to keep the faith quiet. And somewhere along the way, we realized that a shirt can open a conversation that a sermon never gets the chance to start.
That is why Calvary Design Prints exists. That is why every design we make starts with prayer and ends with purpose.
We Are Not Designers Who Happen to Be Christians
We are disciples who happen to design. That distinction matters more than it sounds.
Chester has been a graphic designer for 20+ years. Print production, prepress, branding, all of it. But at some point the skill stopped being just a career and started being a calling. What do you do when you love Jesus and you can make things? You make things for Jesus. You use what He gave you for the thing He cares about most, which is people hearing the Gospel and believing it.
Lalaine brings the heart behind all of it. The prayer, the steadiness, the reminder of why we started when the grind of running a small business tries to make you forget. This is a team effort in every sense of the word.

We run two brands under one roof and they could not look more different from the outside. But they come from exactly the same place.

Calvary Design Prints
This is the warm side of what we do. Scripture-rooted designs, clean typography, faith-filled apparel, tote bags, and wall art for the home. It is for the mama who prays in the kitchen, the churchgoer who wants to wear their faith without shouting, the believer who carries peace and wants that to show.

Westside of Heaven
This is the bold side. Graffiti-inspired, heavyweight, streetwear-rooted, and unapologetically Kingdom. Built for the people who came from the mud and walk with Jesus in the tension. Who know exactly what it means to be redeemed and want the whole block to know it too.
Inspired by John 14:2. Loud with love. The streets need the Savior, and this brand shows up dressed for the mission.
Different lanes. Same destination. Both point to the same Savior.
A Shirt Can Open a Door
We genuinely believe that. Someone sees a verse on your hoodie at the grocery store and something stirs in them. Someone reads a scripture on your tote bag and asks about it. A kid notices your shirt and says "hey, I know that verse." That is the whole point.
You are walking around all day. You might as well be walking around with the Word on you.
Jesus said if He is lifted up, He will draw all people to Himself. We are just trying to help with the lifting.
"And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself."

We print everything in-house in Carson, CA. That is a choice we made intentionally. It means we can pray over every order. It means we can catch something that does not look right before it goes out the door. It means there is a human being, not a warehouse algorithm, on the other end of your purchase.
